This year, our Pearson Year 1 students explored the wonders and interesting concepts of Science and Global Citizenship. From discovering what living things need to survive and identifying parts of plants, to learning about habitats, the weather, seasons, and everyday materials, our young learners approached every topic with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Through hands-on activities, group projects and interactive games, they also learned about recycling, caring for the environment, and the importance of fairness, kindness, and inclusion. From creating recycled paper to discussing how we can make a positive difference in the world, Year 1 showed that even the smallest actions can have a great impact!
