Adriana I. Balabani was born and raised in Athens. Since 2007 she lives and works professionally in Nafpaktos. She graduated from the Department of Philology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Classical Philology. She holds a first Master’s degree in “School Management” from the School of Education and Social Sciences of the Frederick University of Cyprus. He is also a graduate of a second postgraduate programme from the University of Athens (UCA), specialising in “Papyrology and Classical Literature”. In addition, she holds a one-year training seminar qualification in “Special Education and Education” from the N.C.P.A. She is a graduate of the Braille writing and reading system for the blind. She is certified in the use and application of digital technologies in teaching practice (B1 & B2 level TPE trainings). He is proficient in English and French. Finally, she has completed her theoretical studies in Music and holds a degree in Piano.
It has been in the field of education since 2002. Initially, she taught courses in Ancient and Modern Greek Language in a large tutoring organization in Athens. Later, she continued teaching language courses in Nafpaktos.
Since 2015, she has been working at “Modern Kotronis Schools”. Her driving force and inspiration was and is her students! In an environment that is constantly evolving and in an era that is constantly changing, she envisions a School open to society, creative and free, an “incubator” of new ideas and new approaches, with her students acting as actors, interacting and cooperating with each other, always guided by the principles, values and ideals that should govern young people of the country and the world!
