Three Students from Nafpaktos Selected for the National Team at EUCYS 2026
With great joy and pride, we congratulate our student, Georgios Bampanis, for his participation and distinction in the National Young Scientists Competition.
Georgios Bampanis from Kotronis Modern Educational Institutions, Georgios Gekas from the 1st High School of Nafpaktos, and Nikoleta Maliari from the Artistic Middle and High School of Messolonghi achieved outstanding success in the National Young Scientists Competition. Their project, “Varroa-X,” was selected as one of the top projects in Greece and is now preparing to represent the country on the international stage, offering “the answer of Physics and Engineering to a biological deadlock” in the effort to save honeybees.
Through creativity, teamwork, perseverance, and a passion for technology, these students succeeded in standing out and demonstrated that young people can achieve remarkable things when they have goals and enthusiasm.
The Administration and the Teaching Staff of Kotronis Modern Educational Institutions extend their warmest congratulations to all the students, and especially to our student, Georgios Bampanis. We wish them continued success and excellence in all their future endeavors.
