Elena Peleki grew up and lives in Nafpaktos with her husband and their two children. She is a graduate of the University of Patras at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. More specifically, she completed her undergraduate studies at the Department of Primary Education, and subsequently completed her postgraduate studies, earning a Master’s degree in “Social Theory, Politics and Practices in Education” from the Department of Educational Sciences and Early Childhood Education at the University of Patras.
In addition, she holds certifications from training seminars in “Organization and Administration of Education” from the University of Patras, “School Psychology” from the University of the Aegean, “Special Education” from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and “Prevention of School Bullying” from the Hellenic Open University. She is also certified in the Braille reading and writing system for the visually impaired. Finally, she holds a certificate of proficiency in the English language and in computer skills.
She has been working in the field of education since 2012, and since 2018 she has been employed at “Kotronis International Schools.” In the school she envisions, the primary goal is the balanced and holistic development of students’ personalities on cognitive, emotional, and social levels.
